Executive Director and Founder
Leigh grew up in central Ohio, graduated from Ohio University, and began a career in Columbus, helping people with disabilities.
Over time, Leigh’s focus shifted. She joined the special education department of Columbus City Schools, and began working with students challenged by emotional and behavioral issues. With 15 years of experience in the mental health field, her passion for helping others is as strong as ever.
Leigh’s personal journey from addiction to recovery began in 2008. Her “prison of addiction” gradually crumbled and she began experiencing the joy of just being herself. That was the beginning of a new and beloved career.
In addition to sober living housing, Leigh also provides counseling to families who suffer from addiction and individuals trying to stay clean and sober. She stays grateful for every day and tries to live in the moment… one day at a time!
Director of Marketing and Communications
Lesa Bradley was born and raised in Central Ohio. Growing up, Lesa saw first hand how someone very close to her with an addiction can affect the whole family. Lesa understands how childhood trauma can lead to addiction. It wasn’t until 2014 when Lesa had to intervene and help a family member who is very close to her. That’s when Lesa realized she had a passion for helping others achieve in life what they have been missing due to their addiction getting in the way. That’s when Lesa chose to work in the mental health field and loves helping people get back the life they deserve to live.
Lesa’s passion has grown into much more than helping others, it’s about watching people grow and succeed in life. Lesa realizes the pain addiction can cause, not only the user, but everyone around them.
Lesa provides counseling services to families and individuals who are suffering from addiction. “Helping one person might not change the whole world, but it could change the world for one person.”
